More importantly, while you were in that state of grace at the oasis, your mind went to a persistent ideal: &quot;the idea of a year cooking, eating, writing and surfing in Hawaii&quot;. It&#039;s often in these moments our drives and desires and possibilities are clearest. And recharging, being contemplative, refreshed, open to possibility is such a productive point from which to plan the next intensive world-changing chapter.
This by way of affirmation of &#039;time-outs&#039;, which really are the most connected &#039;time in&#039; in many cases.
