Roadmonkey’s terms of use
These conditions concern roadmonkey.net and its operator, referred to as “we.” Their contractual effect depends on a valid agreement under applicable law. A feature requiring acceptance should not be used if you reject its conditions.
A route description cannot establish your individual capabilities or replace an assessment of the conditions encountered on the day of travel.
Travel information has limits
The publication offers general information and opinion, not guided services, rescue assistance or individualized safety assessment. Verify routes, access, weather, required skills and equipment with appropriate current sources and professionals. Details can become incomplete or outdated; prices, availability and third-party claims may change. Accuracy or suitability for a particular traveler is not guaranteed.
Other providers manage their own terms, security and availability. Purchases, accounts, bookings, fulfillment and support remain with them. Advertising, sponsorships or affiliate referrals may earn compensation, including commissions for qualifying actions. Relevant material connections will be disclosed. A link or ad neither guarantees quality or results nor makes us responsible for the destination’s service.
Material, messages and behavior
The operator owns or lawfully uses published material. Personal reading and sharing links are allowed. Copying, republication and commercial exploitation require permission where protected, subject to fair use and other legal exceptions. References to third-party names and marks do not confer rights or establish affiliation.
Provide only correspondence you are entitled to send and omit unnecessary confidential information. We may review and respond for its purpose, but private messages carry no automatic unlimited publication license. Further publishing or commissioned-work rights require separate agreement. Threats, deception, unlawful material and spam are prohibited, along with malware, unauthorized entry, bypassing restrictions and disruptive automation. Reasonable restrictions may address misuse or protect the site.
Responsibility, revisions and questions
As far as law permits, access is supplied without continuity, error-free-content or particular-fitness warranties. Limitations on indirect or consequential losses do not exceed legal limits. Nonwaivable statutory rights, remedies and liabilities remain in place.
